ABOUT THE COLORADO FORUM

The Colorado Forum was established in 1978 to create an informed, objective voice on critical public policy issues facing the state.  Our 77 members are recognized leaders in the business, education, health care, media, legal, real estate, agriculture, financial, energy, consulting, tourism, construction, and non-profit communities and represent disparate parts of the state.  Forum membership is politically diverse; we are a nonpartisan organization that operates by 100% consensus. David Ethan Greenberg

Vice-Chancellor, Office of Institutional Partnerships, University of Denver


As Vice Chancellor - Institutional Partnerships, David's focus is on collaborating with academic institutions, industry, government and NGOs to create and expand programs that strengthen the strategic mission of the University of Denver. Currently he leads the University's Campus Framework Plan process.

He is the Founder of the Denver School of Science & Technology, and served as the first Board Chair of its successor organization, DSST Public Schools. 

He is the recipient of a number of honors for his work in education, including being named the 2014 Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Annual Award Honoree for Community Service. 

On the occasion of the City and County of Denver’s 150th anniversary, David was selected as one of Denver’s 150 Unsung Heroes. He also recently received an E-Chievement award from the radio show eTown, dedicated to recognizing true everyday heroes.

He was co-founder and managing partner of GBSM, a public policy and strategic communications consultancy headquartered in Denver. A graduate of Columbia University and the Harvard Law School, David was legal advisor and speechwriter to Colorado Governor Richard Lamm and served as a White House Fellow.
