Elizabeth Soberg

Senior Vice President, Line of Business and Advanced Strategies at UnitedHealthcare Networks


Ms. Elizabeth (Beth) Soberg is Senior Vice President, Line of Business and Advanced Strategies at UnitedHealthcare Networks.  Ms. Soberg brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including 20+ years with UnitedHealth Group, to this significant leadership role.  Ms. Soberg is responsible for providing strategic partnership, advocacy and enablement across Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid to ensure strong value delivery for customers. 

During her tenure with UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Soberg has served in several key local, regional and national leadership roles, including within product, sales and account management and most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of the Commercial business segment for Colorado/Wyoming.

Ms. Soberg is an active board member with the Denver Zoo Foundation, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Forum and Colorado Quarterly Forum.  Ms. Soberg is also a member of Wyoming Small Employer Health Reinsurance Program (WSEHRP), University of Colorado Denver Executive Advisory Board (EAB) the University of Colorado Denver’s Risk Management, Insurance (RMI) Program Advisory Council, Colorado Concern, and was appointed in 2011 to a two year term on the Colorado Health Benefit Exchange Board of Directors (COHBE) for the State of Colorado, by Governor John Hickenlooper.

She grew up in Anchorage, Alaska and currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband, Adam.    She also has two grown sons, Jordan and Kegan, and a four-year-old granddaughter, Alexis.
