Josh has spent his entire career advancing environmental, social, and governance related challenges across the transportation, energy, and food sectors. At Prosono, Josh applies his skills at the intersection of global finance and technology to create and diversify growth with new products and services benefiting Prosono, our Customers, and our cumulative societal Impact.

Josh previously held technical, leadership, and strategic roles at Audi AG (Germany) and NIO (China) around the development of autonomous electric vehicles. He also served as an Investment Committee Member and Director at a Private Equity Firm, where he evaluated investments and developed ESG policies and innovative metrics to enable the firm’s investment strategy. Josh has also directly supported clients within the transportation and energy sectors across industries on strategic projects and financing.

Josh holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig, focused on electric vehicle battery system thermal management. He also holds a Master of Science and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Josh enjoys volunteering his time as a youth ski coach. Josh loves spending time in the outdoors with his family.
