Kayte is a Senior Program Officer for The Anschutz Foundation, where she oversees one of the state's largest philanthropic portfolios. In her current capacity, she advances the Foundation’s strategic priorities through investments that expand access to effective health and wellness programs, positive youth development opportunities, and high-quality education across Colorado.

Kayte's career has spanned a wide range of impact driven work across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sectors, with roles at organizations including the Denver Health Foundation, iDE, the U.S. Department of Energy, and the Global Carbon Capture and Storage Institute.

Kayte is a proud graduate of Denver's East High School and the University of Arizona and holds an MBA from the University of Denver. She lives in Denver with her husband, Scott, and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, yoga, skiing, and spending time in Colorado's outdoors.
