Marc Dispense is President of D.A. Davidson’s Fixed Income Capital Markets Division. The team at D.A. Davidson services clients and issuers across the fixed income markets in both sales & trading and investment banking. As leader of the fixed income group, Marc takes passion in positively impacting employees, clients and the communities we service.

His fixed income career has included roles on the trading desk, underwriting desk and working alongside public finance bankers to assist municipal issuers, housing authorities, public and private education institutions, and development projects across the country. Prior to D.A. Davidson, he was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Capital Markets for George K. Baum & Company where he led the underwriting, trading and sales teams. He transitioned to the financial services industry in 2003 after various management and sales roles for Pepsi.

Marc earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in finance and marketing. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for D.A. Davidson Companies. He is also a past chair and continues to serve on the board for the Bond Market Association and is on the Board of Governors for the Downtown Denver Partnership. He holds Series 7, 24, 50, 53 and 63 licenses. When away from the office, he and his wife Nora enjoy the mountains and involvement with several winter sports organizations and their boy’s school.
