Tom Kourlis is currently a Consultant for BCG in Denver. He has been with BCG since 2019 and specializes in Government consulting. Since joining BCG, he has worked on various projects including with BCG’s startup accelerator, Digital Ventures, as well as, on multiple change management and pro-bono cases. Following the COVID-19 crisis, Tom supported Colorado Restaurant Response in developing an ecosystem to employ restaurants and feed food insecure families. Most recently, he supported a former Fortune 250 CEO to develop a network of non-profits to save our Democracy.

Before joining BCG, Tom worked on his family’s operating sheep & cattle ranch in NW Colorado. On the ranch, Tom cared for livestock, executed construction projects, and managed the hay crews. Tom maintains his connection to agriculture through his non-profit, Western Heritage Day, which specializes in agricultural education for urban youth.

Tom graduated from Stanford University with a degree in history.
