David Sadoff

David Sadoff co-founded BCG's Denver office and is one of the leaders in BCG's North America health care practice. He has been with BCG since 1997, previously in the Boston and then Houston offices of BCG. He moved to Denver in 2016 to open the firm's office in the mountain states, where he has been helping lead BCG's growth in the region. Earlier in his career, he moved to Houston to open the BCG office there, helping grow BCG Houston from 4 people to over 150. In addition, David serves on several BCG executive management committees.

David works with leading healthcare companies and non-profit health systems across the U.S. on a variety of topics, including growth strategy, corporate development, operational effectiveness, payment model innovation, and organization redesign. He is the former leader of BCG's US Healthcare Provider Practice. His experience includes working with non-profit health systems, universities, academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, healthcare services companies, commercial and Medicare/Medicaid payers, for profit health systems, PBMs, and Medicare Part D plans. He has published in the Journal of the American Medical Association on topics including the state of US healthcare and the economics of health systems.

David is also very active in BCG's pro bono and social impact practice, where he has done work with non-profit education organizations, philanthropic organizations, social impact groups, and mission-oriented organizations.

David graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics.
